Location is absolutely wonderful,5/10 min walk into the heart of Weymouth,bars and pubs etc.. great couple run this place so friendly and helpful,car parking on site is a real bonus and can save you a fortune on car parks and a lot less stress trying to park elsewhere,breakfast is wonderful..

I always use ,booking. Com and trip advisor before I book anything and scrutinise reviews,so I always leave an honest review as it helps everyone, as much as we really enjoyed our stay I must say our room was extremely small and we did have trouble getting the toilet to flush properly ,sometimes about 5 or 6 pulls before the toilet was clean,our room was a little bit tied ,but I understand that rooms are being undated gradually,however All things considerd it’s still very good value for money,thanks for your hospitality.

We stayed in Rebecca suit which was spacious, with its own terrace and close to the pool. Louise and Jason have decorated the place brilliantly and were amazing hosts.

Hot water and heating did not work due to low water pressure in the boiler, luckily I’m qualified in that area so easy fix

Informed on arrival restaurant closed for 1 night then 30 minutes later told restaurant closed all weekend. Very rude female member of staff in red jacket. Horrible smell as you go through the doors. Have to get attention of reception staff to get a drink from the bar as no bar staff there.

Room was off dining area so at 6am we was woken up by guests talking loud having breakfast not ideal if your not wanting to be up at that time.
