- “The modern retro look in room and the amazingly decorated corridors made this place my favorite hotel. I had the luck of getting an airside room and could see nighttime operations on the runways. Certainly a place an AVgeek would love. The small touches like postcards in room and great amenities like shaving razor and cream were much appreciated. The "secret" rooftop terrace where you could sit and watch operations at the airport 24/7 was wonderful. Staff were all lovely - one manager was even greeting people outside and leading them in to the lobby.”

The morning is beautiful. The best place for breakfast is only 50 meters from the house. Many good restaurants are 5 minutes by walk.”

  Absolutely beautiful place to stay. It exceeded our expectations with being child friendly. There were numerous things there such as baby gate for the stairs, highchairs, anti slip bath mats etc. The view was stunning, the children (5, 3 and 2) loved the garden and the sheep. We had a really great stay and we will absolutely be staying again.

  The staff were exceptionally. friendly and able. Nothing too much trouble. The garden room was bright, very clean and had wonderful views. Very comfortabe beds. Food was of very good quality, was served impeccably and with good grace by attentive staff.

  The location is great, close to two of the train stations and only a 20 minute walk from glasgow central, the facilities were well kept and the size of the room was way beyond expectations! The kitchenette is well equipped to cook some simple meals

  It was a lovely, peaceful oasis that was close to places to visit. Thoughtfully equipped with lots of interesting details. Very comfortable and a nice shower. A lovely, welcoming host.

  It was cheaper then other places and it was clean. Close to 2 tube stations.

  Place looks good and proper but got to the hotel with lots of of luggage. 2 staff members at the front desk (2 meters away) see me struggling to keep the door open in order to get all my luggage in. No one came to help which is basic manners, not even customer service. Of course no one even offered to help getting everything to my room. This might sound like a little unimportant thing but I have stayed in MANY places, some cheaper and some much more expensive, front desk has always said hello or how are you or a smile or some kind of acknowledgment when walking past them - here I got zero. Like I was a ghost passing by. Going out or coming back. And this was throughout the whole stay so not just one person but how they all operate. Which says a lot about a place if all the staff ignores guests. Only person who was nice was the cleaning lady that was super sweet asking how I was when knocking on the door.
