This property is not fully equipped to accommodate 8 people not enough seats in the living room and not enough crockery . There was a dirty dish in the cupboard ,the handle was broken in one of the bathrooms. and there was damp patches in one of the bedrooms. We also had an issue with smoke alarm as the battery needed replaced and made a constant beeping sound. Requested this to be replaced no one arrived and we eventually managed to remove the cover and take the battery out .

An ancient cottage in an ancient village, the residence being well-equipped and the village burgeoning with old Cotswold charm. The location shows some signs of being a 'tourist trap', with coaches appearing from time to time, and pub meals in the evening leaving a bit to be desired. Yet we must say YES! It is a lovely place and we had such a nice time there.

Dinner at the pub was not the best.

Very helpful and kind staff. I feel safe and comfortable. Very clean room! And no cleaning perfumes or toxic air fresheners. Awesome, I really appreciated that. The kettle with some coffee and tea in the room made my mornings and evenings better. Close to my work meetings and transport. Very convenient situated. Channel, the dog :)

This is not really about the property, it’s in general in all London and old buildings: If you are really sound sensitive, have in mind that you can hear the vibrations/sound from trains running under the building. So you better book an upper floor room. Related to sounds: the walls are really thin. You can clearly hear your neighbors (and they can hear you). The rooms are pretty small. I am a petite person and it was ok. But I understand that it can be an issue. Have it in mind.

It was a cool movie themed room, big tv which was nice for watching something in the late evening after a busy day/ early evening exploring. Staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately our room was next to an alarm that was going off in the hotel, it was more of a system alarm so the beeping of a battery running out, which ruined our nights sleep. We did tell the staff and they did appolagise. As well as this we seemed to also have the water pipes going through our room so there was lots of loud noises sadly. The bed which was advertised as a double was actually 2 singles pushed together which was also not very comfy when you land over the join of the beds. It’s a cool building, lovely staff and very central but for the price my partner and I felt a little let down, especially as we had paid a little extra for a themed room.

Bathroom was tiny, no good for a big girl, it was clean but dated. Advertised as licenced (which was one of the reasons we booked) however bar not open.
