Janice made you feel very welcome and recommend a local restaurant which was local to the BB approx 10 mins away Must say very nice host friendly and made you feel at home - more than helpful with breakfast as we had to leave early at 7 am and Janice went out of her way to supply us with a wonderful breakfast ….. beds very cosy and very clean ….. thank you for looking after us so well

Everything from the moment we checked in until check out. The staff were amazing throughout our stay. The Thai spa was unreal and highly recommended to do when staying over. The food was amazing. The staff were exceptional even when challenged with difficult circumstances due to a wedding party.

Their was a wedding party which landed on Saturday. The wedding itself was held outside on the hotel grounds at 230 , the wedding party landed early 11am and were drinking all day being very loud and breaking glasses and playing loud music with Bluetooth speakers while others guests where trying to enjoy the peace and calm surroundings and spaking loudly over the music too... and this continued into the next day, when they annoyed residents and insulted staff with their behaviour. When asked to move to an area of hotel staff recommendations, they became loud and mouthy and disrespectful to other staff and guests. The deputy managers and staff should be commended on their handling of such rude guests they did everything in their powers to keep their cool and dignity by dealing with such rude and disruptive behaviour. I've never seen anything like it.

Brilliant well laid out apartment furnished and finished beautifully to a high standard. Kitchen is fab bathroom is gorgeous and bed supremely comfortable. Nice touch included coffee pods and milk. Toiletries and towels also lovely quality.
