Capsules are cool, lots of neat features and surprisingly comfortable. The wi-fi was also great, and I appreciated how cheap it was to stay centrally although this was much more expensive than a regular hostel, and with fewer amenities.

When they say the capsules aren’t ‘soundproof’, they mean that the walls are paper thin. I could hear other guests breathing. The capsules are also super flimsy. As a solo female traveller I didn’t feel very safe at all, and the complete lack of staff presence/emergency contact added to this feeling. The bathrooms are well below the standard of other hostels, and by the time I left in the morning they were quite grotty (although this is really the other guests’ fault, not the hotel’s). There was hair and crumbs in the corners of my capsule, which was really gross. Lastly, there were no temperature controls that I could find. It was freezing cold when I went to sleep and then became boiling hot in the middle of the night.

Great staff, lovely location, comfy well-equiped rooms, home-cooked menu for all tastes, and a fabulous breakfast to start our day. All reason's we've booked to come back!

The hosts have definitely stamped their style on the property and it looks fabulous. The leopard print carpet tops it off !! Brilliant breakfast and the hosts were wonderful

GREAT location! Super handy to Earls Court Station, Sainsbury and laundromat. All bathrooms, common areas and dorms are cleaned daily. Great value for your money.
