Was ok smelt very musty when entering, location was quiet and the club house looked derelict. But overall met my needs was a bed to me after all, although the bed was a bit lumpy. Didn't use cooking facility as I ate out , I cleaned the kettle as is hard water in that area as kettle had scale.. there are signs of water damage , but really was ok but will stay in hotel next time as all I really needed was a bed..

Didn't like having to walk across the grass to get to chalet as this brought the mud and grass into the property, had to clean daily as rained most days so got bit muddy. No pathway to property. Quite a long walk to beach thought property was closer .

It had everything we needed from plates, cups, bedding towels etc. very close to shops and take aways, No problem finding a parking space. Very nice shower and comfortable bed. Two fans were a nice addition. Easy access with codes given before check in time.

Check in at 16:00 and check out at 10:00 was not convenient for us, this would be the only reason I would choose somewhere else to stay in future Sofa was flimsy could do with upgrade

Good location couldn’t get in to Ibis styles with my colleagues as left it to late to book, however they had disturbed sleep due to noise nuisance not me slept soundly

Spacious, light and airy with the conservatory and cosy sitting room.

Shower! Temperature control not working properly. Either exceptionally hot or cold! So chilly showers if you didn’t want to get burnt.

The room was noisy - lots of stamping above could be heard and coridoor noise as there didn't seem too be a lot of noise insulation. You could barely see the view of the bridge as you couldn't open the windows. The shower gel bottle and shampoo bottle were both totally empty - only discovered of course when I was in the shower and by then totally wet. Bulb in table lamp did not work. The evening service was VERY poor in the restaurant - girl serving us had clearly had no training whatsoever in how to clear a table correctly - I had mashed potato scraped off the side plate and put onto my main plate whilst it was in front of me, then the potato side plate was squished down on top of that plate so the food all then spread out underneath, then other plates were literally piled on top in a 'tower' before they were all taken off the table. The food was luke warm too. This wasn't a cheap meal. There was no alcohol free gin available which these days is a pretty standard bar drink and we waited so long for the bill in the end I told them to just put it on our room. It was very disappointing for the price.

Room hadn't been cleaned properly, mould on the bedroom wall. Painted all dark walls with a small roof window so was very dark. Shower door didn't close properly and was mouldy.
