The location is perfect if coming via train as it is directly next door to the station. Our room was above the reception area so at the front of the station overlooking the car park. I didn't notice the train noises at all. We travelled via car to the location, as it shares the car park with the railway station there aren't a lot of car parks available however, the hotel manager was able to help me park in a bay and ensured no extra cost was incurred although there are other car parks available. We had a deal where you got a free meal one night and whilst the food was excellent, I wouldnt have paid the prices they were asking.

The hotel itself was a little tired looking but honestly I think its good value for what you pay for and the staff more than make up for it.

Excellent location for the AO Arena. Good facilities. Needed a bit of TLC - broken kitchen bin and rusty bin in one bathroom. Great views from apartment. Nice living room and kitchen - very spacious and comfy beds.

The apartment was quite difficult to find. The apartment needed a bit of a clean and tidy up/ paint touch up etc. The kitchen bin and one of the bathroom bins needed replacing.

Lovely property and food excellent. Mattress so hard and every time you moved in single bed the bed squeaked. Didn’t sleep great.

The aircon in our room didn't work so it was very hot but bareable ( I didn't want to bother the staff though because they were excellent in every other way, I just didn't want them running around for me )
