Good central location, parking for guests by prior request. Clean, tidy room, tea and coffee machine. Comfortable bed. Fluffy towels. Restaurant on site book to use, breakfast and Tapas in the evening very good. Remember to book. Extra items available on request tea, coffee etc. Very friendly welcome and staff.

Rooms serviced on request, cleaning items needed e.g. toilet cleaner. Happy to make our own bed. Kettle would not fit under the tap to refill, used glasses to fill. Extractor from the kitchen quite noisy, ear plugs supplied on the 3rd day.

great location, spacious deck with large garden. Very accommodating and friendly team managing the property. Very nice river walk a few minutes walk from house. Pub and shops in town with all the basic you need.

The breakfast was nice and the room was massive it slept 8 people the location was excellent with easy access to the train station bus station and the shops bars restaurants etc and the price was good.

Me and my son went to Anfield and decided to stay over so we booked this hotel we wasn't happy with the room it wasn't very tidy it had loads of flower petals all over the floor i think they were rose petals and a slipper covered in dust on the floor and hair clips and loads of hairs and black bits in the bath, and me and my son also see a rat/mouse in the room. We went to reception and reported it and the lady moved us into another room straight away but the supervisor from the hotel emailed me asked if we had any issues so i told him everything about the room and the rodent we see and basically he said we was lying and didn't see anything, really what have we got 2 gain by saying that we're not blind we no what we see! We will definitely go to Liverpool again but wouldn't stay in that hotel i prefer a cleaner hotel!

Great location for the conference I attended. Plenty of shops and restaurants locally to the property.

The shower tray waste was blocked, so we could only have a short shower before the tray was full of water. The pillows were huge! I definitely would have slept better if there was an option for a smaller pillow. First night was quiet but second night there were people staying in the apartment upstairs and I could hear every sound they made. I did message the owner while I was staying about all of the above, but I did not receive a response to any of my issues—not even an acknowledgement.

Very comfortable rooms. The restaurant was very good. The location was just fine for our purposes.

Having to move rooms for only a two night stay was a bit irritating. The food was very good, but the roast beef on the Sunday evening was a bit overwhelming in quantity and there was too much gravy on the meal.

My friend and I had 2 single rooms and we paid for breakfast at check in . However when we went to breakfast they said we hadn’t paid. I eventually found someone later that day at reception who sorted out the issue but I did not appreciate being quizzed at breakfast about our payment.
