Perfect location for buses and trains. About 7 min walk to both Gordon Hill and Enfield Chase and 15 to Enfield Town.station. The room was small but adequate, and the bed was comfy. Both cleaning and reception staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

Quite noisy due to outside traffic and because the room was on top floor I had to keep window open due to it's warmth.

Car parking is extremely limited ie 4 off cars or 6 off cars if others get blocked in. There is on road car parking but it is limited to 2 hours between 9am and 6pm. Shower needs a shelf for putting toiletries on while showering. Bed sheets need to be bigger so they fit correctly.

Location,security & a well equipped modern kitchen , bedroom was superb with an amazing comfy bed & nice bathroom.

Being downstairs I could hear the utility room above, couldn’t open windows but had a garden room but didn’t feel safe leaving the open at night Shower was not good , lukewarm & not powerful, at times just trickled out

Bathroom and bedrooms not retro - just outdated- feels unloved, neglected and shabby! Sad😟 All needs some TLC … a shame!

Beds pushed together even though asked for 2 singles,no way of moving them. No kettle or tea and coffee in room. Beds very hard and small for singles
