Beautiful property with amazing views over Brixham harbour …also got a free parking space Room and facilities very comfortable and spotless . We were in Bay View room with lovely big balcony ..fantastic view The owners Nathalie and Herve make you feel right at home and cook the most delicious breakfasts Even cooked everything gluten free for my husband . Nothing was too much trouble Would definitely return here if we get to visit Brixham again !!

Was well placed for our journey and manager Alistair was very attentive and helpful with his local knowledge in directing us to places we may not have otherwise gone - Red Point beach in particular was a real gem

Bathroom a bit outdated and not very clean in our room however the other room we had booked had a nice modern en-suite

Convenience of location, price and size of the property and comfort. Good sized shower with pressure on the top floor. Good sized fridge and freezer. Crockery and cutlery sufficient for us.

Various plug sockets in bedrooms not working. Toaster has seen better days and only one side functioned correctly. A few exposed pipes and holes in the walls made the house look a bit scruffy. Technique of lifting the door handle to lock and unlock the front door. A couple of complementary dush washer tablets would have been nice.

Stayed there a month ago and it was great..not so this time.

I had requested a late check in and it was confirmed but the hotel forgot about us coming late and we were met with locked doors and no hotel room to stay in. There was no way to contact anyone so we had to leave and find a hotel in the middle of the night. Gladly we found a Travelodge that was open. The hotel apologized to me a day later when I called saying that they had forgotten.

Mattress... it's a foam mattress so it's get warm easily. Unfortunately, the days that I stayed were quite warm in oxford.
