Superb room, cosy and comfortable. Wonderful hosts. The lady hostess gave us a great introduction about the house and the room. And then she baked a cake for our afternoon tea! Homemade cake- what more to expect! She also helped us to book a taxi for the following morning as we dropped the car in Truro. 10 min easy walk to the city centre of Truro where one can find lots of places to eat. The Cathedral is worth a visit! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint town and in the Townhouse.

The views were spectacular and the staff were very friendly, and helpful, especially the female children's entertainer (didn't remember her name) she was fabulous with our granddaughter. I'm not sure the staff are credited for their hard work and total dedication, they certainly deserve it.

The silver caravan number 64 was very tired looking, and had minimal space in the double bedroom and the shower room. The kitchen area was very small and no work top space to prepare food/drinks. We had originally booked the gold caravan, however this choice did not allow dogs, although not stated. The clubhouse was shabby in need of a refurb, and the swimming pool was advertised as heated, however freezing! We didn't complain because it's not the staffs fault. John Fowler needs to take a good look and invest money into his staff and also revamp and modernise the park!

We loved the decor and how it was in keeping with the age of the property. The breakfasts were great and the hosts couldn't be faulted.

Nothing, it's an ongoing renovation so Baytree house will be even better than it is now.

Heating system isn’t great, it was so cold when we got there and took a good few hours to heat up and after a wet and cold day in Alton Towers it made it a little difficult. Shower wouldn’t stay on hot so kind of gave up with that.

Despite its convenient location for airport travel, my stay at this 4-star hotel left much to be desired. The absence of hair conditioner for women and the lack of room slippers and bathrobes made the spa experience less enjoyable. Dining at the hotel restaurant posed unexpected challenges as we were unable to charge the bill to our room, necessitating a return to our accommodation for payment. Furthermore, the hotel's cashless policy proved inconvenient when I wished to settle a portion of my bill in cash ( to spend all left pounds). I hope the management addresses these issues to enhance the comfort and convenience of future guests.
