Very convenient for the 02 Arena. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean. Food very good quality. The area felt safe. The cappuccino from the 24 hour station was the best we'd ever had anywhere.. ever!. Will definitely stay here again.

Lift a little confusing if you jump in with others without scanning your card at the bottom. Rooms are small but perfectly equipped. Perfect for a night or two in London.

Lovely lodges, brilliant location with a stunning few from the terrace. Staff were very helpful finding our room and getting ue checked in. Hot tub was clean and brilliant. Grounds very well kept and surround pub and restaurant were stunning.

Stayed here 3 times in the last 9 months. Can't fault it. Location wise, tram links in to Manchester or less than £10 in a taxi. There are plenty of food and drink options in the area. There's no need to go into Manchester, really.

The smell in the property, no towel left out for shower, the actual shower did not work properly for it kept on going hot and then cold, no heating on. Unstable toilet which I accidentally blocked being a big guy (17.5stones in weight) and tried to unblock myself yet the hangar snapped in the toilet of which I was contacted and asked for money. The owner blocked my car in of which I scraped the side wall of my tyre which caused me to have a blow out on M5 between 70-80mph about 10 miles from Birmingham which could have literally killed me. Also the tray I was given containing sugar, coffee, tea with a little pot of milk was nowhere near satisfactory. For the sugar was off as in years old I exaggerate Not, there was black mould at the bottom of the pot. The Lady was a much older lady and although pleasant to communicate with I believe standards at the property may have slipped due to her age and Not being as mobile as she was previously for I remember her telling me she has had the property since 1983. I picked the place due to my name being Aaron and ironically I was born in 1983. Although my stay was not as I would have preferred it to be the house was nice with a beautiful garden in a lovely setting, truly it was but was cold on the night of which I got up at around 3am and left. I have given an most honest account as I could. If you do decide to stay there make sure she does not block you in for there are steps on the right hand side of the drive where you could possibly scrape the side wall of your tyre, please take note for not doing so could cost you your life🤔 Blessed day unto you
