Room was smaller than I expected. Although air conditioning is provided it’s noisy and we prefer to have a window you can open. Location is excellent. We weren’t keen that it’s right next to the railway station and thought our sleep would be disturbed but we were wrong we slept fine the trains don’t disturb you at all. It’s a busy hotel and others patrons were quiet and well behaved considering 2 stag parties were booked in. They never made a noise. Unlike some other hotels we have stayed at in Newcastle. Highly recommend.

The size of the bathroom. No window to open for fresh air. Room had an odour when we arrived I think that is due to the lack of fresh air it wasn’t a bad smell it was more like stale air.

The setting is stunning, beautiful surroundings. Relaxing to listen to the birds. Mystique barn is exceptionally clean & has everything you need. Watching the planes was a highlight for sure, really got us in the holiday mood. Larry is extremely welcoming & a great communicator. The bed is super comfortable & we both slept well. Bathroom & walk in shower with the body wash & lotion is a luxury.

The breakfast was very lovely and had a variety of options to choose from. We loved having a lounge room to ourselves. The bathroom was sparkling clean and new. The decor was thoughtful and reflected the surrounding area of the B & B.

1. The furniture inside the room was soooooo poor. There is no cabinet. There are not enough holders. The bath it's looks like a space capsule. Everything in the room was too poor. 2. The breakfast was also too poor

Very loud corridors. Anti allergen bedding supplied as requested but only X1 very flat pillow supplied per person which was disappointing limiting the amount of sleep we could get. It was not comfy at all unfortunately and considering sleep is the main priority, it fell way short here. Stopped in many MCR hotels with anti allergen bedding and had much much better.
