The room was very spacious with a very big comfy bed. I enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee. It was helpful to have water in the room also. Great location and easy to get to via foot from Lime street.

This was the more expensive option of accommodation. The room was small with very little storage, bathroom was so small, you had to work your way around the door and close it to get to the toilet and bath glass door would not move, so access to bath was difficult..

My room was in a separate building from the front desk - the buildings were connected, but I was a little unsettled to be in a separate building since I was travelling alone. My room was on the first floor right next to the elevator - I didn't hear any noise, but again I was a little uncomfortable being so close to the entrance since I was alone. I didn't have any safety issues while I was there, but was just always a little on edge. Towels on my first day had dirt marks on them, but housekeeping came every day to tidy the room.

The hotel was an annexe to the Phoenix Hotel mext door which made me feel slightly isolated. Small things were irritating like tv remote control didn’t work and showerhead not held properly on ghe wall.
