Property was lovely and the small influences like the tweed throws/cushion touches and local placemats were gorgeous which added to the holiday. Little touches like the food hamper and milk/butter/bread waiting for us was fantastic and made all the difference. Large enclosed garden for the dog was brilliant too. Loved the gas fire too!!! If I could have taken it home with me I would.

Bigger sink in the bathroom as it was quite small - but this isn't an easy fix I understand and definitely not a deal breaker.

The hotel was in close proximity to the airport and they had a swimming pool and jacuzzi with steam and sauna room. The TV also had good channels. Onsite bar and restaurant available although a little pricy. Gym also available.

Firstly we were told check in was from 2 and we didn’t arrive until 3.40 and the rooms were still not ready. The sheets and towels looked unclean as well, having hairs and stains on them. The swimming pool could do with a good scrubbing. The staff was okay, price was okay.

A very comfortable apartment right in the middle of Castletown. Parking just behind was great. View of the castle was lovely and shops were right on the doorstep.

Hotel in an ideal spot, staff very friendly and helpful (Warm cookies on arrival!!). Bed was huge and very comfortable.

Felt like it needed a paint and a spruce up. Paint required on the window sill and near the doors to make it as nice as the kitchen! Also wasn’t sure how to “check out” whether to put the key back in the key safety box or just in the apartment

tea/ coffee facilities horrible tasting, no usual shower cap conditioner ect , all a bit cheap, breakfast wise I would rather pay more and have quality, Carparking not obvious when you get there. just really nothing to write home about, Functional is its purpose.
