Positive section of review
The bungalow was amazing inside and out, very cosy inside and a large garden outside (front and back). It seems like a lot of thought went into decorating it. We thought the photos don't do it justice. It was very comfortable and clean and had everything you needed. There was also quite a bit of information about the area which was very helpful. It was only a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. Sue was very friendly and helpful. We can recommend Sea Shells and would love to come again!

This apartment was self catering. Location was perfect for me as I was meeting up with friends living round the corner. Good location with easy access to London via tube. Apartment very compact. It was fine for me as I was on my own, but a bit crowded for a family. It stated a garden view but there wasn’t much of a view at all.

Maybe clearer instructions on where the studio flat is. I got a bit scared going into it the first time as there are other apartments in the building. I know the keys opened that flat , so it was obviously the right one, but I would have liked to feel more confident. Didn’t find the Wi-Fi worked very well.

The location was wonderful, very quiet and beautiful. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with everything in there that I needed. Breakfast was lovely. I liked the option of having the vending machines for late night drink/snacks if needed. Security was brilliant - key fob entry and exit etc.

I was very surprised by this hotel on my visit and that was because the rooms and bathrooms looked recently refreshed and were lovely. The food at night was also lovely and the breakfast the following morning was very good and with everything on offer you could want to start your day.

The only issue with this hotel is that I did not state that I was travelling with someone elderly who would struggle to walk up many steps and there a few stairs in this hotel. Unfortunately no lift exists however all the staff were happy to help out with any bags that needing taking to the rooms which was very helpful.

It was impossible to open a window in the room. A quarter before 11 pm, I was informed that the bar closed (but it should be closed at 11 pm) A linien was dirty with a large spot + a long hair.

Been here a few times now and it's our go to place when we stay in Llandudno. Staff are excellent and make you feel welcome. Room has everything you need and was clean.

A noisy ''bed-neighbour'' one of the nights and mornings but hey that cannot be helped. Lagan is good!

The doors are thin as paper. Our neighbors were pretty loud and there was also a really annoying peep sound coming from downstairs. If you don’t turn out the lights from outside the door it’s also pretty light in the room because of the big gap underneath the door
