Friendly staff, especially the lady who checked us in and the gentleman trying to fix the safe in the first room. Attractive reception area. Comfortable beds, free WiFi, comfortable chair.

Room was cold, heating didn't work, shower didn't work properly, either scalding or freezing, only hot water in sink, no light in main lamp, reported it but no one turned up to replace bulb, safe didn't work, moved rooms, safe still didn't work, no one turned up to fix it, only access to room via stairs. There is no meat alternative to pork for breakfast. The cast iron pots mean risk of burns. Food kept running out, long wait for replenishing,

The mouldy walls, damp, dark, cold. Uncomfortable bed, cheap furniture, Stained walls and floors . dirty skirting boards
