The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Depending on what you plan on seeing and doing in London, this property is in a good location. It’s very close to plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants and is relatively close to most transport. It can be a bit of a drag getting there lugging suitcases behind you but not too bad. It’s great having a washer/dryer in the apartment but be sure to check the filter if your clothes aren’t drying. The room we were given initially did not look like the room we booked so we asked to change and Maria was great at getting this done for us.

Before check-in you’re sent a form to fill out to make check-in run smoothly. They also ask whether you have any questions or if you’d like tips on sightseeing. Don’t bother filling this out because no-one reads it. The staff also don’t seem to respond to messages through booking . com or emails so if you do need questions answered the only way to get a response is to call. They generally seemed annoyed by your presence in the hotel save for Maria, who was lovely and helpful the one time we came across her. The room set up isn’t that great. The tv is on the wall beside the bed rather than in front of it so you can only watch it from the couch. No shelving in the shower means any extras you want to take in there with you like shampoo/conditioner etc need to be put on the floor.

Lots of personal details, milk in the fridge on arrival, and biscuits in the kitchen, flowers in the living room. Very lovely! The house was clean. Loved the new bathroom and the washing machine. Very spacious. When contacting us, the owner was always very polite and pleasant. The city centre is very close, about a 15 minute walk.

I wish I had known about what kind of street the house was on, as we had never been to Leicester before. It is a very rough area. Noisy throughout the nights and a constant wiff of weed in the air. It all made us (two women travelling alone) rather uncomfortable. Beds and sofas were a bit worn out, and the beds were quite squeaky. On the upper floor, there was a third bedroom used as storage. The door wouldn't shut because of the carpet, and there's a damp smell emitting from it. It had a bit of an uncomfortable vibe, to be honest.

The interor design was topnotch. It had a relaxing vibe that felt luxurious. The smell of the apartment was great and gave me ample space to rest.

Convenient and quiet location, with a large comfortable bed. The property provided a good base to explore the New Forest.

Nothing really not to like, it could have done with a little more attention to the cleaning but we would go again.
