I booked a room overlooking the loch and the view from the room was superb. The staff at the hotel are incredibly attentive and helpful. The dining room offers great views over the loch; it was busy and there was a nice ambience during dinner. The chicken curry that I ordered was delicious and plentiful! Breakfast was served in a room that also offered great views of the loch and the choice was excellent. It was well laid out with a good choice of hot dishes as well as yoghurts, cereals and fruit.

The prices of bar drinks, dinner starters and desserts were unnecessarily high and detracted from the overall visit. A pint of lager was £7, which is more expensive than you would normally pay at similar establishments. For dessert, I ordered 3 scoops of Mackies ice cream and it cost £9! You cannot justify that charge when one litre of Mackies ice cream costs £3.30 at supermarkets in Scotland!

Worked really well for us as we were over from Northern Ireland while a family member was undergoing surgery at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. Perfect location, close to everything we needed! The apartment was brilliant and was perfect to come back to after a long day.

It didn't bother us, but would be aware of the liveliness under the apartment where there was a bar. Everyone below sounded like they were having great fun and good music was being played :) I just put my earphones in at night and that distracted me from the noise. (Was only loud Thursday-Saturday night)

The house was lovely, clean and quiet. I couldn’t work out the oven, but the host soon came over and sorted it for me. Good quality toiletries and no issues with parking either.

room cold to start with and took a long time to get hot water running. Staff were great, but felt sorry for them at breakfast when woman in charge kept telling staff off and she never smiled once at them Bedroom carpet was worn.

Only downside was they need blackout blinds as was staying with an 18 month old who couldn’t sleep during the day, as the windows are high up would recommend maybe remote full blackout blinds…. This was the only negative

Couldn't order room service, phone not working I had to go to the restaurant and order, and then the menu i downloaded from the room with scan code was an old menu. When i returned home, i had a parking fine, i paid £7.50 for parking in arrival and entered my reg number, i am still fighting an appeal, and they say i owe £100. This has been very stressful
