The hotel apartment was very clean the staff was amazing whenever we call them they came immediate and support us this place is Close to medical academy mo Sobhy only 7 minutes by car I advise all international Doctor special who is taking Plab 2 exam to book this hotel we stayed twice each time 2 weeks even it's close to Halal restaurant walking distance. Special thanks for Rachel from the staff she helped us alot with all the requirements even she help us with our personal stuff was coming late from Airport God bless her

Well located, exactly close to the event I was going to! The only good thing I can say about the place. Because despite being a well-equipped flat, my stay was a huge nightmare

It started with check-in, which was supposed to be at 3:00pm and at 3:20 I still didn't have the check-in information. I had an event to go to, and it was a hassle! After many calls and no response from the person managing the property, I called booking to help me contact the person in charge so I could check in. Then after about 20 minutes someone called me giving me the code for the key safe, but informing me that the flat was dirty and hadn't been cleaned yet! Imagine paying £160 for a night and receiving a dirty place, with bins full of rubbish, a disgusting bathroom, already used bed linen and towels... In short, everything is dirty, from the entrance to the kitchen!

Easy to access on public transport from the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy casual dinner in the bar. Room was clean and serviceable.

There were 4 issues we had on the property itself. 1. Their boiler broke down and we didn’t have hot water. The hotel “offered” alternative shower arrangements at their sister hotel which was 2 mins walk away but when we inquired about it, we were told the sister hotel didn’t have any rooms available for us to use their showers. (Why bother to offer alternatives to look good on paper). They managed to fix the boiler by the evening, and we managed to get a hot shower in. But the next morning when we checked out; the boiler was down. So in my 2 nights, here I had 3 very uncomfortably cold “showers” and only one comfortable shower. 2. Lift excess, they had 2 lifts but 1 lift was down (understand it’s been “under maintenance” for many weeks). So the other lift is slow and one has to wait a long time for the lifts. 3. There is no ramp from the lobby to the lifts. One has to carry luggages up and down 3-4 steps. The hotel should consider getting a ramp that would be easy for travellers 4. Cleanliness. There was a layer of dust at the TV counter, and the coffee cups had dirt and hair from the previous guests.

No kettle or coffee-maker in room, but hot drinks were freely available from self-service on ground floor, which was handy. Pillows were a bit hard for me, but that’s a personal choice.
