Lovely welcome, fresh fruit and cream eclairs on arrival. Well stocked for breakfast - cereals, tea/coffee, fresh milk, strawberries, loaf of bread, ham, cheese and pastries. Loved the guard Peacock! He kept popping round to the window lol. Would definitely go again (through the shorter one track route)

Bit of an adventure to get there but we had come through the longest stretch of one lane roads - much shorter on the way out. This isn’t really a dislike of the property just my personal driving dislike of one track roads.

Very convenient location. I arrived slightly early, before my room was available. I was freely upgraded to a larger room that was already available, instead of being made to wait.

My booked breakfast was disappointing. The American style restaurant is very garish at 8am. The restaurant wasn't aware of my booking, so I had to get someone from reception to come with me to the restaurant to confirm I had already paid. The breakfast options were then limited, and the breakfast I settled on was dissatisfying. I also had to pay £9 for the hire of a hairdryer.

Location could not be better, centre of Brid. plus excellent pub across yard. Owners Rob & Helen always on hand if any problems arise. Brilliant shower.

We liked how close the hotel was to everything, especially the first direct arena as we was going to concert and needed somewhere close to stay the night.

Only a couple of things, we would have preferred to have would be a small fridge for drinks and maybe bigger towels but other than that, everything else was great.

Breakfast was cold and poached egg hard. Mothers poached egg on toast- bread hadn't been toasted. Self service drinks etc. cleared away too quickly, not able to refill after 9am.
