Upon arrival, the reception staff were friendly and polite. With minimal fuss, the staff assigned our rooms and key cards and informed us how to use them in the lift and the room. The car parking was on site, which allowed us to park close to the accommodation. The bed sheets seemed clean and the bed was comfy.

Unfortunately, my family and I didn't manage a decent night's sleep due to the disturbance outside the hotel. There was a lot of noise from a pub outside the hotel. When my sister contacted the reception staff to complain, she was told they were aware of the issue and that they often received complaints about this on Saturday nights. The staff were unable to move us to another part of the hotel due to being fully booked, therefore we just had to put up with it and struggle to rest for the night. This was not ideal considering we booked a hotel for the night here to rest after travelling all day and preparing to travel the following morning. If the staff are aware of this it should be made clear on their website when booking that this is a likely problem, if we had known this we would have booked elsewhere. Not knowing the area we had no idea we may encounter this issue during our stay. For the hotel/staff to be aware of an ongoing noise disturbance outside the premises of a place used for rest and sleep is pretty poor. On top of that, the carpeted floors of the hotel room were covered in various stains. The hotel decor and finishes could be updated and the room we stayed in could have used a lick of paint and a carpet clean. Not the most appealing. I would not stay again at this hotel if I were to find myself in the area in the future.

Nicely presented and clean 3 bed unit with lounge/dining. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Additional toilet. Good location, less than 10 minutes walk from Marylebone tube station. Short walk to St Johns Wood, local Clifton St supermarket and cafes. Local pub at the corner excellent food.

The staff are very rude the cleaners are nothing but trouble anyone looking for a place to stay i strongly advise to keep well away from this pathetic excuse of a hotel discusting all round especially all the staff

The breakfast. I stop at several hotels and B&B's per year due to work and feel the buffet breakfast did not represent value and quality. The sausages were low quality sausages, hash browns were over cooked and hard, mushrooms were cooked but cold, . The standard of buffet breakfast wasn't in keeping with the standards the hotel presented itself as.
