The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The hotel was ideally located, very close to shops & restaurants. Everything was very clean and we loved the little extras such as robes & the milk in the fridge.

Everything was perfect, but I do think check out could have been slightly later given that check in was quite late.

Apartment was stocked well and had every thing you could need Wifi was very good Apartment was neat and tidy Secure underground parking

Lift didn't work the whole time I was there, and no sign of an engineer all week to fix it. Not the apartments fault, more building maintenance Quality of person doing the security varied wildly

Just the job for what I wanted. Comfy bed, friendly hosts and a fabulous freshly made cooked breakfast that set me up for the day ahead.

Easy to find and nice reception and staff helpful. Could leave bags there after left room (was charged £3 at previous hotel !)

No pool. No bath in room and sink too far from taps. Not power shower. Given room with adjoining door ? Why. Breakfast ok and friendly staff, but very busy and cooked breakfast over done.

Only 2 channels worked on TV . This was disappointing My daughter and I stayed to watch a show at Palace Theatre, in the morning it would have been good to watch some TV

Avoid at all costs!! Especially if you have children. Fire doors left open all night, bedroom to a poor standard, mould in bathroom room, radiator hanging off the wall, carpets in the hall frayed and stained. Our room was downstairs close to the bar area, they had loud Music was playing until 2.30am ( like a nightclub) we had some drunken guy knocking the hell out of the door next to our room, and then started knocking the hell out off our bedroom window (he got the wrong room) we had a 5 year old in bed who luckily slept through it (god knows how) it was that loud!! I dread to think how traumatic that could have been for him if he had woken. Worse experience ever, after little sleep we left as quickly as possible.
