Really spacious apartment that has an enviable location because right in the center of the Royal mile, can easily accommodate three couples with the right amount of privacy. The living room windows overlook St. Giles Cathedral, all the main attractions of beautiful Edinburgh can be reached quickly on foot.Also very close to New Town for visiting Dean Village and Stockbridge. Rooms are at the back and therefore quiet and have comfortable beds.Also good bedding. Kitchen accessorized with all comforts. Good helpfulness of the host , quick and thorough in responses.

Nothing in particular considering the style of the house the bathrooms are a bit dated. In the kitchen, I would add a few knives

The place , it was seafront. Walking distance tge town centre , pubs and restaurant. The host Kezia and Rodney are very friendly, helpful and very cheerful. Breakfast very good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable Host was lovely, as it was my husband's birthday .When we arrived in the room we have welcome card, a nice bottle of drink [ sorry forgot the name but it was nice] and a lemon muffin.

The room is beautiful and spacious, the view is to the garden and very pretty, very peaceful and quiet! The communication with the Host is great! The mattress is very soft! I will be back again, if available when I go back to Cambridge.

I thought the room was amazing,it had all the amenities. The room was large,with a large bathroom with monsoon shower. Very comfortable large bed.

I thought the breakfast was a bit lacking in variety, and the scrambled eggs were like rubber,I ate there in the evening and I had a great meal.

The only picky thing was that the muffin and toast we had with egg etc were not buttered so quite dry. But enjoyed the granola pots

An amazing building, steeped in history. The staff were very professional.

The leisure facilities were of a fitness club variety as apposed to a relaxing spa. There was clear information on booking about the strict dress code for the restaurant in the club in the evening. There was a link about a dress code but took me to a page about Henley regatta.

Rooms too hot banging 😩 doors all night woke up at 4 in morning people arguing drunk banging walls and doors stopped here alot of times over the years shame really I wouldn't go back again
