  WiFi wasn't great -upstairs router didn't work and downstairs one was patchy All four pillows were really fat. Would have been nice to have a skinnier one as I sleep on my tummy The restaurant was closed on Tuesday when I stayed but no-one told me when I booked and one of the reasons I chose it was the great reviews for food!

  Slick check in/out service and location of pet friendly room. Nice external are for pet walking.

  Good rooms and those used for traveling with pets are great, short easy access to outside grass area. The £20 fee is extortionate and the reason is because some travellers in the past have caused damage or left a mess. Personally, and I'm sure the vast majority of other pet owner travellers, are very considerate and concencious. If an incident occurs then we would pay a reasonable amount to fix. Return the travel fee to £5. Our stay that evening we experienced kitchen delays of 1hr 30mins. We were told to expect a 20 min delay.
