Heather and her husband were welcoming and friendly. the rooms were in an annex above the garages so were private and quiet. The facilities were excellent for families and there were plenty of places to visit locally such as the beach and Gunby hall. Heather seems quite green, using composting bags, eco washing up liquids etc which is appreciated

Breakfast: quality of food might have been higher (choice was fine). Gym equipment needs replacing. Bed OK but a little soft (but I accept that's personal preference).

My plus sizes friend couldn't get into the shower!! If your size 16 or more, you can't enter the shower because of the position of the door. It was the Twin Room.

Food wasn’t the best the steak was nearly £30 and tasted burnt as the herbs they put on steak ended up burning within the meat and breakfast wasn’t the best which was quite disappointing. The room was very clean but small. Didn’t sleep well as the radiator was on and couldn’t switch off which made the room hot. Every time someone moved in the room above us it was really loud sounds like someone was in our room. Booked two nights stayed one.
