The setting is wonderful, near to shops and trainstation which easily takes you into central London. The room was good sized and nicely decorated. The meals were lovely, served quickly at a very good price. All staff we met were warm and welcoming. We will return again xxx

The only thing we didn't like was the position of the glass shelf above the sink in the bathroom. We found it difficult to brush our teeth, kept banging our forehead when rinsing our mouths.

Rooms were comforatable and felt not too cramped for a family of 4. Breakfast buffet was great! Very close to the train and metro stations- extremely convienient with kids. A sainsburys and tesco close by. Area felt safe, nice pubs close by.

Wanted to use the pool for a couple of hours after check out since it was closed on the Monday of our stay and had many hours before having to leave to the airport and were not allowed (pretty unfair considering the price). Beware there is construction taking place at the moment (May '24)

Chalet has been recently refurbished and has everything you need for a few days away. Really close to the beach. Only a 10 minute walk. We didn't use the facilities on the holiday park. There are lots of shops and takeaways close by.

Spotlessly clean and well appointed room. The location is excellent as it is right in the city centre. Also got some balloons and a card from the hotel as it was my wifes birthday which was a nice touch

Breakfast can be slow to get seated and served if you go during the busiest period. Generally if you go before 9.00 the service is pretty quick

Staff great, very easy check-in and liked self service breakfast so you didn't have to book a time or make choices beforehand. Great room everything I needed.

Only small things, maybe slightly more choice at breakfast, eg better selection of fruit and eggs, maybe some hash browns. Shame not more outdoor seating.

The only thing. Being early season and a lovely day, we sat outside and the seating we used having not be used much left stains over light trousers and shorts.

Loved the location and the inside of the pub. Great garden and accommodation was quiet even though close to pub. Good food.

The towels were a bit thin and felt a bit damp. Couldn’t work the coffee machine. Found some instructions but they weren’t for the exact model of machine
