The location was perfect. In easy reach of transport, restaurants and shops.

We were disappointed to find that the televisions in even the superior rooms were not connected to the WiFi, limiting our ability to stream films, programs, or music. This restriction meant that we could only watch terrestrial TV, which was quite disappointing during our extended weekend stay. As older individuals, we were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying some entertainment through streaming services. Additionally, having only one chair in the room was inconvenient for us, as one of us always had to sit on the bed due to the lack of seating options. These factors impacted our comfort and overall experience during our stay.

Room not ready for check-in time which is 3pm. I was told give them 15 minutes and the room will be ready. I waited around an hour. There was no apology. Reception staff not very friendly. The price on the menu for drinks and food are wrong as when I went to the bar the drink was a different price to what the menu said. Staff on personal phones around the hotel. A few days before my stay the hotel kept sending me messages every few hour to upgrade my room, when I went on the page it wanted me to pay so I didn't upgrade my room, I thought they were offering a free upgrade. The room was very small for noise coming from corridor in the evening and night. Buffet breakfast but was cold. Not kept filling up breakfast hot plates
