Great location near the grass market. The access instructions were clear and they worked well. Room 2. Very very efficient use of space! We were expecting a small room… Yes it was small and very well equipped. Ironing board and hair drier on the wall. TV, fan and water boiler and small ensuite. Pleasantly warm and the extra duvet we had requested was in the room on arrival. Little or no noise although it was a Monday night.

Had some concerns around a number of the negative reviews… fortunately it all worked out much better than expected and room 2 exceeded our expectations. Yes it was expensive for a small room but staying in Edinburgh is so expensive these days.

The staff were weloming and friendly, which is not always the case in a large chain hotel. Having the swimming pool and sauna was a bonus in London hotel, and my grandson especially liked the pool. The atmosphere in the bar was good and my grandson and I ate there each night. That made it easy for us after a hard day's sightseeing we just wanted to relax. The food was delicious and good value for money for a London hotel.

I really loved the view and gentle sound of the trains from my comfortable and well-equipped room in this city hotel. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have ever had, with delightful mini-croissants and cakes accompanying the traditional and delicious cooked options. A spacious, modern and upmarket hotel, with obliging staff.

I didn't like how the elegant Battersea Power Station building has been obscured by ugly high-rise apartment blocks, spoiling my walk from the underground station to the hotel.

Rooms/beds really quiet and comfortable with plenty of room. Bathroom was spacious with a lovely walk in shower. The seating in the main bar/restaurant could be a little more comfortable but all in all a very good overnight stay. Easy to find as located on main street.

Large clean rooms, well looked after. Great bathroom. I liked the hot breakfast meal cooked freshly for you. Assistance with luggage was appreciated. Short walk to restaurants. Excellent off street parking.

The breakfast was fab on 1st morning not so good on the Monday it was cold and toast only toasted 1 side plates were cold but hot on 1st day Sunday 👌

After driving from Cornwall and visiting my kids I was very tired sat night there was only 1 pillow each and when finally got to sleep around midnight a alarm went off like a fire alarm for about a minute was very very loud I woke screaming as I had no clue what was happening I reported this and was given a free drink that was OK but think it wasn't enough tbh for the panic and the fact it went off twice very scary I lived in b Stoke all my life and normally stay at the plaza black dam but thought I'd try here it was a shame that it happened and was very tired the next day

no on-site parking which is not stated in their website! Had to park at nearby public carpark. The entrance is very narrow!

The rooms and the bathrooms are not clean and smell stinky so I had to book in another hotel because I fant resist the smell
