Perfectly located in the beautiful village of Bilbrough. We were guests at a family wedding at The Norman’s and this property is literally a 3 minute drive from there so was perfect for us. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage and both bedrooms had en suites with showers and one with shower and a bath. This was amazing for us with 5 staying in the property. So there was no waiting to use the bathroom to get ready! Perfect! Jackie was extremely helpful from the day of booking to checkout, always contactable and responds really quickly. We were able to add on an extra guest, literally hours before we arrived, which was really appreciated at such short notice. We didn’t take our dog as we was there for a wedding, however the location is perfect for beautiful walks, I wish I had my dog with me… as the cottage allows for dogs also. Extremely homely lovely little cottage!

Convenient location, lovely restaurant with reasonably priced menu and homemade food, comfortable cosy room, albeit small but had everything we needed including usb ports, anmple storage and shower over bath. Ample parking outside room.

The view was outstanding. The caravan was a home from home. Spotlessly clean, plenty of storage, comfortable seating and bed, very well equipped. Just perfect and with a lovely walk into St Andrews along the beach.

Rooms were top quality, looked to have been refurbished to a very high standard. Food was very good - are massive portion sizes a good or a bad thin 😋

Early in the season and food stock levels hadn’t settled down.Should not have run out or teabags for example!

Parking. 2nd car Parking in the passing space opposite was a problem for delivery vehicles when accessing adjacent Morston Hall. Only one shower for 6 person

Room is a little too small, and not a lot of hangers or hooks for coats and no table to put stuff.
