Everything the rooms where Fabulous every detail was fantastic even had electric blinds ,roll top bath was so good,breakfast was excellent real fresh product fully cooked breakfast was clean and delicious,the hosts tony and diane where a lovley couple very friendly and great location they had parking spaces on the premises and about a ten minute walk in to the city center perfect

Was close to bus stops so easy to get in and out of the centre. Well equipped. Nice walk into Bath via the river too. Good to have off-street parking. Comfy, nice and clean.

Small print (that I missed) states that you need to pay an additional £500 deposit (for breakages etc) or pay a £40 waiver and send them a copy of driver's licence/ passport. Advised to take pics of when you arrive too. Until I decided what to do, I was hassled by 'Pass the Keys'. Made for a very unpleasant run-up to our stay. A few reviews mention the smell... you get used to it quickly. No visible mould so I guess it's just inevitable for a lower-level place. Wifi kept dropping out, not really usable.

The hotel felt very tired and shabby over all. The lift broke down and we had to use the service lift which was very small and not particularly clean and we were on 6 th floor! I ended up walking up and down the stairs. Masking tape on the worn out bits of the communal carpets on the 6 th floor and communal areas not as clean as they could be

After paying booking.com direct this hotel has taken an unauthorised payment from my debit card. I gave my card and authorised £10 for breakfast. At around 3am in the morning an unauthorised payment of £85.50 was taken from my card which I noticed the next day. I am still waiting for a call from a manager and this is so far not been resolved.

The location was great. Nice view from the room

The room was very noisy and the aircon didn't work well. The bathroom was smelly. Carpets etc were worn. All we could hear all night were the trains. Lifts - only one working so very long waits. Breakfast was passable but chairs very uncomfortable.
