We've been before , so knew what to expect . Like that its kinda situated in the middle of the promenade. A stone's throw from the sea.the place is clean . The rooms are clean & the beds are comfortable. The en suite is a good size, and the breakfast was nice small but nice. without a vegetarian option.

Although it was a sunny day , our room was a bit cold. I was fine but the missus was complaining of being cold. Could do with a plug In heater in the rooms in case needed.& should offer vegetarian sausage .cos without the bacon & sausage.i had beans on toast with an egg & 1 hash brown.

The personal was very friendly, available on WhatsApp and helpful :) If we needed anything, there was no problem to contact him. He provided us water, milk, tea and clean towels.

- No hairdryer for safety reason. We were 3 girls with long hair, it's unthinkable washing the hair and not drying It. - Strong odor in the kitchen and the air freshener was strong too (to cover the issue i think) - We set the thermostate at 20° but at 3:00 a.m. the thermostate rise up to 30°/28° we were boiling.

The staff were very helpful in answering any questions or issues I had. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and the service good.

I have a serious heart condition and found the 2 flights of quite steep stairs to my room difficult to negotiate. Fortunately a fellow guest helped me. There was no lift available. I do not recall there being any mention on the website of this issue. A seriously handicapped person would not be be able cope except to access the restaurant.⁸

Dated feeling in many areas. Extremely limited room service menu. Very strange plug/outlet set up- many if not most were not uk outlets which left me crawling round the room under desks to find a place to plug my mobile in to charge. Breakfast service very slow, waited at least ten minutes for my coffee to arrive despite it not being particularly busy at the time.
