This was an amazing stay. The house was beautifully decorated and our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Our bathroom was huge and had a heated towel rail and an amazing bath. The drinks and snacks that were provided were a real treat. The breakfast was extremely tasty and made perfectly to our requests. Myfanwy was so helpful and text us with any information we needed. It was one if the friendliest and nivest places wr have stayed. They thought of everything we needed and more.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. What I love of this hotel is its location, just 5-minutes walking distance forom Stansted airpot. That's is the main reason I chose this hotel when I arrive in the late night at Stansted airport to get some rest before the next day travel. Breakfast was included in our stay and I enjoyed the waffle in the morning.

Quality-price ratio is not ideal, but the location makes probably the best choice if you are travelling to Stansted and you need to spend a night there.

Location was great as I was attending a conference on Birmingham university campus. It is very close to the uni train station. There was access to the gym, a bar and restaurant. I ate at the bar and everything was very good. The breakfast is good and rooms are comfortable.

The location, the design, and the styling of the rooms. Good place to have a specialty coffee. Nice fitness with enough weights. Good restaurant with live music in the evenings. Felt like a home away from home. Ah! And a yoga mat in the room, amazing.

The fire alarm in the building had some issues for a couple of days. Kept going off.

Rooms were smelling of fresh paint which was annoying, We were given top floor apartment ( level 3) though when i booked they told me either it will be ground floor or 1st floor as i mentioned that i am coming with my Dad (senior citizen) , customer services could have been better
