Super place, facilities were excellent and clean. Location is really good, 20 mtrs from the beach front and with great access to cliff walks. I was able to have a swim in the morning and back in for breakfast in 10 mins (it was 2 deg C!), the breakfast was really good.

I only saw on member of staff in my overnight and that was the young lady who served breakfast and possibly made it, not sure. The breakfast was really good and the service was absolutely fine so I was very happy, but just a note, the young lady was a little bit grumpy or dour, no big deal at all and did a very good job but not exactly sunny disposition if you know what I mean. Definitely did her job well and thats all we really need.

Modern hotel located in a very central area, you can walk almost everywhere from here and if you want to go to somewhere out of the city center the tram is just in front and can take you anywhere you want.

There was a kitchen cupboard, but only mugs, spoons and glasses with tea tray and biscuits (that was rather lovely) available.Perhaps some small plates and cutlery would be welcome and also a tea towel.

Narrow double bed. It is uncomfortable for me to sleep next to my partner, or not be able to turn without falling out of bed. I think the bed was maximun 4,5 feet wide, about 130cm or 135cm. The breakfast was good, but poorer than what the photos of the hotel on Booking show. No mushrooms, no blood sausage and only one egg (not 2 as in the photo). Only 2 slices of bread (divided in half so that they look like 4 slices.). There were no fruits at breakfast.

When booked on Booking.com I didn't know/ it wasn't made clear in the booking conditions about a deposit needed for this property!!!!, The property company email you later about it and you won't get any key codes to gain access until this is paid!!!!. You have to pay £250 sterling extra (returned to you afterwards/ up to 14 days!!) and you're charged a £10 sterling charge for adminstration fee,,,or you pay £25 sterling that gives you a £500 sterling bond/waver This leaves the booking either £10 or £25 dearer that advertised when you're comparing different properties.Misleading pricing by Booking.Com. !!$#@&☹️☹️
