Room we stayed in large watermark stain on ceiling from a leek . Shower not as clean as expected grout dirty shower tray grubby . Shower cubicle over window with no blind people walking past can see out line off people in shower .no mirror by dresser table so found it hard todo hair and make up . Room service did not make bed or replace towels and tea coffee and milk .

Main building very good staff very friendly . Meal lovely order the deal two meals and drinks for £25.00 ended up paying more as the larger they used in the shandy we asked for was not on the offer listed when we order we asked for the deal and asked just for white wine and shandy . Also was told we could order an hot drink in with the offer .also we pre booked our breakfast for to days at ful price if we had order while there would have got 20% off each breakfast . So in end paid around £10 extra on evening meal and £5 extra on breakfasts .

The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was good (evening meal and breakfast) although first morning breakfast they weren't prepared for us and we were asked what time we wanted to eat which was a bit strange when we checked in. Everything was clean, and the towels were nice.

The bathroom needed updating, no towel rail, no wardrobes, only two hooks to hang clothes, the kettle we had to fill with a glass as it wouldn't fit under the taps. The bed was a good size but a bit lumpy. The village was a bit disappointing.

Very friendly staff, warm welcome, clean rooms, good breakfast. Parking space right outside the door. Good wifi. Very close to town centre, could easily walk there.

Shower mixer needed a good shove to get it on and off, loo flush needed a long hard shove to get it to work, but these are minor niggles really. Only a few parking spaces, so not sure what you'd do if they were all taken.

The room was dirty, lights didn’t work. Mould on the bath and the bottom of the shower screen, stains on the headboard. I have complained about these issues and was promised a phonecall Sunday, however, I’m still waiting.

Absolutely atrocious. When we got there it was not sign posted at all and was just a door in a shutter. Took us 10 minutes to find the building (which was not what we expected at all) and we could not get in. We tried calling the property owner and tried the code we were given previously but we recieved no answer and the code was incorrect so after a while, we had to pay an extra £130 for a premier inn. We are 19 and 20 and were uncomfortable and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Avoid at all costs. I am currently trying for a refund because it was so awful.
