The staff was nice, the mattress was comfortable and the shower was quite new compared to the rest of the furniture.

You could hear every single step from the people on the upper floor. In the bathroom, there was little space to place our stuff. The chandelier was covered in spiderwebs.

The only disappointment was a rat came from underneath the bed and ran to the radiator and ran back after I moved.i was offered another room but decided to stay as I loved the view from the room.The staff did apologise for the vermine.

Unfortunately we had to change from our booked 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom with a put you up bed, to accommodate another family. However we were asked prior to arrival and obviously helped out but a proper bed in a bedroom would have been preferable.

£15 pp shuttle seems expensive for the 4minute drive to the airport. Breakfast was nothing exciting, probably this way so you pay extra to upgrade. There’s also no lifts and no help to carry bags up the stairs (or at least until you’ve already started walking up which is a pointless offer)
