The room was clean and light. There was ample parking at the location which was free. The location was a short easy walk into Chester Town Centre. We took a day trip to Liverpool on the Metro train from Chester station which was great. The breakfast included with the room was sufficient. Would definitely stay again.

We found the bed a bit too soft for our liking but that’s a personal preference and it wouldn’t stop us from booking again.

Everything, thanks for the stay, will consider if need a place to stay in Sheffield. WiFi reliable, as I also working from home, spacious bedroom and convenient location, lots of takeaways and restaurant to eat or if you want to cook at home , grocery store near the home.

We were met by Lucki who was very friendly and professional. She answered any questions, sorted out our parking and showed us to our apartment even offering to carry one of our bags!

In the room the basin tap was loose and couldn't get hot water had to boil the kettle up,the shower door was hanging off at the bottom so we didn't like to move it ,the windows needed sorting out in the bedroom the seals have gone and water is inside the panes not good to look out of, could have done with a better clean as dust webs on ceiling and was eating cereal at breakfast when they bought the cooked breakfast before I had even finished and left it on the table and although some were asked if they wanted extra at breakfast we weren't, not much personal service ithink the staff needed a bit more training

The location is nice and central in shoreditch. But the street can be busy and loud at night.

Had to wait more than 15 minutes to be even let in even though I rang the bell and called the apartment multiple times. Had to switch rooms after just one night. In general just a weird experience.

Having read the reviews that Wi-Fi was not working, I specifically contacted the host and asked if this could be rectified before our arrival, I was staying with 2 teenage girls so therefore Wi-Fi was crucial for them. I was told that this would be sorted. You can imagine my disappointment when we arrived to find not only was the Wi-Fi not working, it was not even installed as it did not show up as an option on any device and there was no evidence of a router, so complete false advertising that there is free Wi-Fi. I wrote an email to the host and was given a standard response saying I would receive a reply within 3 days… I’m still waiting a week later so it looks like that has been ignored.

my room did not have toilet paper and i was cold in bed as not enough blankets and couldnt get hot water out of the shower .
