Room was very (Junior Suite) comfortable with very good bathroom amenities. Breakfast was excellent and consistent quality every day. Concierges and doormen/porters were excellent with suggestions and directions. Vicar (doorman) was a happy guy that goes out of his way. What shocked (seriously, I was shocked and impressed) me the most was how central to everything this hotel was. Over the 7 days we visited most central London highlights by walking only (I am 67) and it was an easy walk. The hotel is also withing the West End (Shows) district which is a very vibrant place. There were 3 different tube lines very close so access to the other London highlights was super easy.

We had an issue that was resolved quickly and effectively by management which is a good thing but the issue should not have happened hence bad thing.

This is the second survey I completed, and I told you that I was asked to go to the Pearl Hotel which is a 2 star, as the Saphire was full. The hotel did not at all meet the standard I requested, as the sapphire was a 3 star. I paid for a 3 star and was asked to stay in a 2 star instead!! Can you please check my booking, which was from the 30th March till the 3 April 2024 I am now asking for a full refund

We couldn't find this accomodation. There was no address with the booking. I was sent instuctions but they were very unclear (they didn't contain the address and when I clicked on the 'get direction' link it took me to a different street). I got resent the same instructions when I called the number listed for help. I eventually established where the property was located but the instructions to access the front door of the block of flats didn't work. I was let into the front door by another resident but the follow on instructions & code did not work. After 45 mins of trying to contact someone to get clearer instructions I had to give up and find other accomodation as I was with my 10 year old daughter who was getting frightened by the uncertainty. The directions and location of this accomodation are very badly communicated. I didn't actually see what the flat was like but I would be concerned about its condition from what I saw in the entrance to these flats and I've now read more carefully the other reviews and realised this is a problematic accomodation.
