Room had every amenity and good quality products eg nespresso machine, real milk in the fridge, good bathroom products. The bed was very comfortable as well, and although I didn't self-cater, there was everything available should you wish to. The staff were super friendly and responsive.

There was an issue with air conditioning on a hot weekend and the windows don't open, but the staff were very responsive and moved us the next day, compensating us with free breakfast for the poor night's sleep.

The breakfast was super good and the evening meal we had there was excellent!! We loved the location. It was quiet but had walking/bus access for activities such as hiking. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Amazing location, a little bit unusual breakfast deal, you get the food in the evening and keep it in the fridge. But it was nice. I liked it, the muffin was very good and you can eat in bed.

I have a weird complaint - I think there were too many cushions on the bed. Something like ten different cushions that I did't know what to do with, I usually sleep without any.

Standard rooms are on a busy street during the day making noice disturbing. It was lovely through the night though. Managerial staff could have been more empathetic to improve the overall experience.

The hotel was very convenient for the beach and also the town centre.

The room we had was a delux superior twin with a land view. The land view turned out to be a view of the ground floor roof and a rather rundown building. Not what i was expecting from a delux room. The continental breakfast was rather poor. There was one type of cheese and one type of ham. Not much choice in cereal and breads. Tea and coffe were served in just a cup no soucer was supplied. On the whole not what you expect for the cost of the rooms.
