  The hotel allows easy access to the town and is very clean, neat and tidy (the carpets were fabulous in the room). Secure parking to the rear of the hotel was a bonus and the shower/ bathroom was spacious. Finally, the bed was incredibly comfortable resulting in a fabulous nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

  Excellent quiet location with plenty of private outdoor space. Quality appliances and equipment. Good standard of cleanliness. Super friendly hosts who provided an array of “goodies” for us to enjoy which were much appreciated.

  Personally we did not find the sofa bed very comfortable to sit on but I am sure it is fine for a lot of people.

  Loved the location, really close to Bayswater and Queensway stations and Hyde Park. Great facilities, bathroom was big and the air con was brilliant. Bed was comfy and they had plenty of sockets for chargers.

  The beds were cosy and the bath was great, it even had massage features. The kitchen was well-equipped and the area was nice and quiet. The baby cot had a good firm mattress and a well-fitted sheet.

  There was no bin in the bathroom, which I would consider to be a basic feature. The air inside the house was a bit stuffy, but not too bad after you opened the windows.

  Spare bed in the sitting room was hard to pull out and the frame was actually damaged/broken. Toilet didn't flush properly so with kids it was a nightmare, luckily we were only staying 1 night.
