  Quirky and clean. Zena was excellent at communicating with use . Prompt reply to text. Space was utilised very well.

  Access - no mention it was as the top of a fire escape. If anyone is familiar with plymouth- it is the converted top floor of the old chamber’s restaurant/ Notte inn. Good location for Barbican and hoe. Above restaurant and takeaways- noisy evenings until 2am. Ideal for younger people- no good for old or infirm and definitely not suitable for pets as advertised on booking.com but not the owner . Second bedroom you had to literally climb in and out of bed . The pictures of the literally built in bed is a built in bed. Parking expensive- we parked in the Barcode car park £15 per 24 hours .

  The one tiny lift in the building was out of order for the majority of my stay. Was moved to the basement area to avoid having to go up five floors of stairs - which was fine but it was no where near as nice as the room indicated in the picture on booking.com.
