The Apartment is beautiful and perfect for a weekend trip. Really well equipped with everything you need and very comfy beds. Could have stayed longer. Really well located with lots of pubs, places to eat, good coffee and cute little shops on the doorstep.

The room was comfortable, warm and clean. As the hotel is at a service station there were lots of additional options for food and the free parking for residents a great bonus!

The hand towel and floor mat weren't replaced when we left them outside the door for collection. Would have been nice to have a vegetarian option at breakfast, what we could eat was nice though!

The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and the isolator did not appear to work. You could not have the lights on without the fan coming on so a relaxing bath was not possible. They did over to move us but only on the second night which would have been too disruptive. Other than that the stay was great.

Tiny room with only two plug sockets, could not get a drink- including water after 11.30pm and was told to drink the bathroom tap water, even though there was a self service point that stated 24/7. Party of 16 guests and 7 of the 16 all woke up with gnat bites on their arms and legs! The worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
