Room was a basic double , not what i paid for , said the only other executive they had was in basement , with sofa , which i needed. Changed rooms , only a quilt throw on the bed , no sheets , the room was freezing and looked out onto a wall .

Hotel was very Elaborate in main areas , the Staff were very nice . after saying that , it was not worth what we paid , It was only for one night , so we just got on with it .

Location directly by the Kensington Gardens - ideal for exploring all of Westminster on foot if you like walking. Room was on the smaller side but had everything you needed and the shower pressure was good.

Overall not much negative to say - staff was very professional, but not overly friendly. Be mindful that if you have a basement room that it might get a bit loud with people walking on the street right outside your window.

Room tiny no room for luggage,had to manoeuvre sideways between bed and wall to get into bed Bathroom very dirty had to use bath mat to stand on in shower and unable to bend down in shower without touching the shower walls because the shower alcove was too small & no bath towels had to request them. Had to place electric kettle on floor behind entrance door & plug electric kettle into power socket on wall down by door because no other outlet available being careful not to fall over it. Had to ask for cups for tea.

you couldn’t see in the windows from the outside they were that dirty, carpets going up the stairs were filthy, our room has loads of crumbs all over it off previous occupiers, there was no coffee just tea, me and my wife don’t drink tea, they charged us £10 for parking, it was in a back alley full of broken glass and literal rubbish everywhere I have the pictures to prove!!!!!! The clothes rail was hanging off the wall in our room, the window was cracked and there was a window handle missing, the ceiling has clearly has some sort of leak from above as the ceiling was missing paint in places, the pain that was on there was all bubbled and wet, toilet was dirty, the mattresses were paper thin and the white sheets were dirty!!! me and the wife described it as an expensive hostel and me personally….ive seen cleaner dog kennels

The bed was awful , way to soft, there was no window only thing you could open was to the balcony, no air conditioning so we had to have open to the balcony, endless noises from the street, would not recommend this
