Mixed bag. The main social areas are all good, fine for a one-night stay. The food was good and the staff all very nice. But the first room I was put in was terrible, had damp on the walls, the paint was all marked and basically not acceptable. To the credit of the staff when I went and complained they moved me to a much nicer room which was totally fine, still a bit "tired" in terms of decor but fine overall. But the first room and I assume the rooms in that area really need an upgrade, surprised they tried to use them.

A lovely modern apartment with security. Even though its located on a busy road it was actually very peaceful and quiet in the apartment. The host was very accommodating and the apartment had everything that was needed.

The only thing it lacked was a shaver plug which I had needed for my electric toothbrush and there was no parking at the apartment....but having said that, that was mentioned in the description and parking was found in other nearby streets.

Everything was perfect!! The host equipped the flat perfectly with everything you need. The bed was so comfy that I didn’t want to get out!!

Being a fussy eater I would have liked to see more choices on the menu but I will stress when I asked if I could have something that wasn't strictly on the menu after a quick check with the chef this was accepted without any difficulty

VERY old rooms, very small, no safe, very old bathroom. Service is almost not existent. I sat in the lounge area with the bar menu open for 30 minutes and none of the waiters asked me if I would like to order. At the bar the barman closed in the evening, and we remained in the bar with our drinks. Afterwards we were asked (not very friendly) by someone from the hotel (we assume) to move away from the bar and into the lobby. Breakfast was the only time the service was very attentive (maybe bc there were two very young waitresses, trying to do a good job). It's a horrible hotel, and I can only imagine how disastrous it could be if you'd celebrate a wedding there, if the staff is so disengaged.
