The room was huge, and had a double bed, sofa and TV. It was on 2 levels with the bathroom downstairs. The room was clean and great and the location was amazing with the bus stop directly outside and only a 5 min ride to the airport. The price was great for this.

The only downside was the fridges downstairs were very unclean. I went to store some food inside and decided not to because of this. For the price however, I can't really complain.

This is a new hotel in the middle of the industrial Park Royal area. Room was spacious, modern and well equipped with sink, kettle and smart TV. I loved the large bathroom shower 🚿 toilet. Newly done and very clean. Breakfast was hearty and staff were courteous.

Not enough parking space, and it was expensive £25 for 2 nights.

The apartment was clean, and within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see in Edinburgh. We had all the facilities we needed, and our host was very helpful whenever we needed information. I would gladly return again.

It was a very good location we absolutely enjoyed walks in the evening The room actually was better looking than in the pictures-new flooring bathroom in the room.

We booked a room for 4 people but in the room there was only one bed ready for sleeping as for the corner sofa bed there was no bed sheet or blanket available and one pillow without pillow case was all we got 🤨 in that point I really felt overcharged as people renting a room don't pay attention to basic stuff

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay, and it was a great location for Hertfordshire Zoo and Legoland.
