I really enjoyed my stay. Sitting by the stream relaxing and listening to the birds and out wildlife. You could have a fire pit going. It was a nice touch of marsh mellows and skews on your bed to toast on the fire pit. There is a pond for wild swimming if that is what you like to do. It was really nice getting back to basics.

Trouble in getting an invoice for my stay. I did request this when I completed the booking.com booking. I am still waiting.

Breakfast had a large variety of delicious food and the breakfast room was large enough to accommodate guests. The room was large enough for two people and the beds were very comfy! To my needs, the location was just perfect and absolutely beautiful!

It was okay for a couple of nights, we enjoyed the central location. Smallish room, small bathroom but clean.

Mostly everything was okay. Did not receive the warmest of welcomes at check-in , and barely a word was said to us at breakfast. In fact we had to get up to ask for things that were included in the breakfast, and received them in a very cold manner , without a word. Staff does not seem to want to be there. Being very central, it wasn't restful or peaceful, quite noisy, the room rattles a bit when a large vehicle passes...I just make a note of it in case someone is looking for a rest or some peace, this is not the place for you. Will not return but all in all it was ok.

Collecting the keys was easy. The property was nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

The property is listed as accessible, and while it does have an elevator, it also has a few steps before the elevator thus making it not accessible for me with my wheelchair. It was lucky that I was not travelling alone otherwise I could not have entered the property. The coffee maker did not work properly and you needed to buy extremely expensive pods for them. Also, when we arrived the cleaning lady was still working there despite it being past our check in time.

It’s location was good, walking distance to everywhere. Near china town.

The initial impression of the entrance, stair wells and corridors were dated and dirty but once you were in the flat it was fine. We did leave a list of some things that could be easily improved in the flat, broken blinds, shower not great, looking tired in bathroom areas but generally the kitchen had everything needed for a couple of days break. The beds were clean and comfortable and for us it worked for what we needed it for.
