The room was of a much higher standard than I expected. The facilities in the room were above the standard facilities you would expect from most hotels. They actually had real milk in a jug rather than than those plastic pods. It was spotlessly clean and the team were very friendly and attentive.

Stayed at the Westminster Park Plaza many times. Location and views from the iconic rooms are great.Staff always friendly and very professional. Perfect location.

I no longer eat breakfast at the hotel... The breakfast is mediocre at best and is more akin to a premier inn budget buffet. Over recent years the breakfast area has spread over to the landing and bar area. It's like a total bun fight with hands everywhere and people toughing everything. Disappointed during this visit that the room and aircon smelt musky and damp. Not at all pleasant.

Really lovely and friendly hotel in a beautifully scenic part of Scotland with wildlife right on the doorstep, even got to see an Otter from the bedroom window!

I would prefer a buffet hot breakfast, although the kitchen did modify the full english to my own requirements (ie. no sausage, extra bacon etc) Toilet flush was not working properly in the room Shower curtains are horrible - they are unhygienic and uncomfortable to shower behind. They all need changing for screens. Sound & picture on the TV was poor

The initial smell of smoke /musty when walking in. Windows had been left open yo air the place but it's right above the smoking area and the workmen working in area. Lack of parking is also a factor. Also the hob was broken (1 ring control taped up) but wasn't expecting it to come on when using the oven. This was very dangerous. Also no microwave. The built in one didn't work at all and the replacement on on counter the plate didn't rotate therfore food wasn't getting heated properly. Asked for a room with little stairs got one up 2 flights of stairs. Thankfully mum is determined and made it up and down but this would of been a disaster if she was having a bad week .

Had to wait for the flat to be cleaned. It was filthy upon arrival. Empty bottles of wine on the side, crisps and hair in the bed. Broken toilet seats, radiators off the wall, electrics left open and smoke detector covered up
