Lack of parking, unfriendly staff, no cleaning during week, no soap, no coffees and milk refills, loud noises, run down bathroom, everything just felt run down. Carpets needed a clean.

Horribly narrow entrance to parking area. Needs some serious, (though easily achieved) traffic engineering. Gate post on the passenger's side, when entering the parking area, does NOT demarcate the bottom of the sloping wall obstruction, whose intruding base actually makes the entrance a few inches narrower at rim level than it appears from the driver's seat. Numerous scrapes of the wall base are apparent. I only escaped because the person guiding me in stopped me in time. And every other time I tried to re-enter (with guidance), I was still misjudging the passenger's side. p.s. Car was a Ford Focus and I have 40 years of driving experience. Solution is quite simple. Brightly colored rubber strip/flap down the whole of the gate post to demarcate the ACTUAL width (sloping wall's base) of the entrance.
