We stayed for 1 night for a gig at the Royal Albert Hall and chose this hotel due to the close proximity to there. We drove from Sheffield, parked in the Q-Park Park Lane, and had a nice 30 minute walk through Hyde Park to the hotel. The surrounding area was very nice, clean and quite peaceful for London and was lovely to have a nice walk through the parks and around Kensington Palace. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We were upgraded to a Junior suite which was amazing! Large room with a walk in wardrobe, seating area and balcony and a huge bathroom with bath, separate shower and 2 sinks. Shame we were only staying the 1 night. Breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice including 1 hot dish to order; I had Eggs Benedict which was delicious. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Overall, a very nice stay in a city!

Fabulous manager and lovely other staff. Beautiful food and ambience, lovely wines, beers and spirits. Fab location for Glastonbury and Millfield school. Very dog friendly, lovely walks x

The second night room was much nicer than the first which was a bit tired

Clean and provided lots of small add ons (coffee machine, hairdryer etc), also right next to st martins square. Car park was also convenient and included in the price!

Whilst next to st martins, it was noisy outside until around 4am! It also could have been a little simpler to get the reception key and get into the car park.

I was disappointed with my evening meal, I had a dessert and it appears to have no lemon filling just a pastry case with some ice cream scoop in the case. The dessert was called (I recall) caramelised Lemon Tart was it was definitely not, when I challenged the waitress as to where was the Lemon the reply was I will insure that the chef adds more in next time and did not offer a refund ! £8 for a single ice cream scoop and a pastry cast!!!! Also for breakfast the bacon was extremely well cooked to a crisp!
