This is a shared townhouse set up for large groups (with lots of amenities, such as barbecue and hot tub, that I didn't use).The location is a little removed from the town center to but only a short walk away. The town itself is highly walkable. Although facing a road, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The host is cheerful and responds quickly to messages.

Bathroom and floors could have been cleaner. TV has streaming apps, but you'd have to use your own subscriptions. No iPlayer.

the breakfast person told me she liked my WT shirt and also likes the band. we're gonna come back next time in Wales! ;D also the breakfast was very tasty and although the building looks beautifully old from the outside, it is very well suited on the inside!

The room was tiny and claustrophobic – far too small for 2 people to share. It was difficult to squeeze past each other around the bed and the tiny toilet cubicle had no privacy The master light switch did not work and we had to squeeze past the bed to the bedside switch to turn on the lights, ended up leaving the lights on when we went out because it was so awkward. It was not possible to plug in the kettle or the coffee maker on the table provided as the sockets were obscured by the fixed table unit. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. Communication there is terrible. It was very difficult to speak to anyone about it. There is no phone with direct access to the person on the desk. You have to go through the app. What if your phone doesn’t work or is out of charge? The leaflet left by the bedside had small font writing which was difficult to read and there was no mention of having to go through the app to report an issue. Eventually we were told that there was no hot water in the whole building and they offered us a late check out. We did not want to stay so had to leave without taking showers. Very poor service. Not recommended.
